Report Card Information: (MUST BE FINAL REPORT CARD)
To Be Accepted, Report Cards Must Show:
• First and last name
• Grade level
• School year
• School name
• Class names/descriptions
• All 4 quarters (or 2 terms), with grades and grading scale visible
How to Download:
• Log into your school portal (Lake or Orange County)
• Go to “Report Cards” or “Grades”
• Download the “standard report card” as a PDF (must include grading scale ie. A=90-100, B=80-89…)
Important:
• Must be clear (not blurry or fuzzy)
• Must be printable on standard paper
• Screenshots are not accepted
