Practices:
-
Practices begin on July 15th, 2026

Location: East Ridge Middle school
-
Times: 6pm - 8pm
-
Days: Starting with Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Then once conditioning hours are met (around Labor Day) practices will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

A certain amount of condition training hours is required before player-on-player tackling is allowed and is done in a step up progression. Missing practices will directly affect your players conditioning training requirement; therefore, attendance is of the utmost importance.
Games:
-
Games are on Saturdays and take place across Central Florida (usually within an hour away).

There are 8 regular season games and 1 Jamboree game.
-
Your player will typically arrive 1 and a half hours before the game to complete check in.

IF YOUR PLAYER MISSES CHECK IN, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY THAT GAME.

Parent Volunteering for Games:
-
Parents are required to volunteer for games.
-
Home Games: depending on what team your player is on will determine what volunteer work will need to be done. (examples: first game sets up, last game breaks down). Additionally, chains crew, someone to fill out the MPR sheet, providing water, providing ice, providing snacks and several other volunteer needs.

Away Games: Someone to fill out MPR sheet, chains crew, water, ice, snack.
*Games cannot start if field volunteer positions are not filled.*
