  • 2024 Free Football Training Camps

    • Saturday, April 20

      • 9:30a-10:30a Ages 5-8​

      • 10:30a-11:30a Ages 9-14

​

  • 2024 Cheer Uniform Fittings

    • Saturday, April 20​

    • 9am to 11am

    • Parent must attend with their cheerleader

​

  • 2024 Mini Cheer Camp

    • $75 per child

    • Ages 6 to 13​

    • June 17 to 19

    • Camp Hours 9am - 12pm

​

* All schedule times and games are subject to change without advance notice

* All practices are weather permitting

* East Ridge Middle School sports may affect our schedule.

Important Information

Parking

​

  • Parents must park in the front parking lot of the school (School Drop-off loop).

  • The parking lot at the back of the school is strictly for coaches and volunteers.

  • The back lot is also the entrance for emergency vehicles.

  • Anyone not following these guidelines will be towed at the owner's expense.

Safety Guidelines

​

  • If you are dropping off your participant please stay close to the facility in case practices are delayed or cancelled due to lightning.

  • Participants must bring their own water bottle (Gallon size). NO SHARING.

​​Lightning Policy

​

  • Please be alert to inclement weather conditions in the area if you are dropping your son/daughter off for practice and not staying. 

​

  • In the event that our lightning meters alert us to lightning in the area, practice may be delayed or cancelled. You will need to return to the field to be with your child as soon as possible.
